The Cape Verde Islands have become a 'hot spot' for early season blue marlin. From March to June the chances of multiple strikes and catching your first marlin are superb. The picture is of Tom Bettle fighting a good size blue on Penn stand-up gear. Senator rod, International VSX reel.
